By using the service, you agree to them. FixWise.online is the public operating name of this independently operated service. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in provider secure. Do not impersonate another person, reserve misleading usernames, evade a suspension, or provide false ownership information. We may restrict or remove accounts used for abuse, fraud, spam, harassment, or security testing without authorization.
Informational Content
FixWise content is general information, not personal financial, legal, tax, insurance, medical, or repair advice. Official policy wording, contracts, current government or regulator guidance, manufacturer instructions, and qualified professionals take priority for your situation. Do not attempt work involving live electricity, gas, refrigerant, structural risk, or another hazard beyond your competence.
User Content and Licence
You retain ownership of articles, comments, profile text, and other content you submit. By publishing content on FixWise, you grant FixWise a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, moderate, and promote that content as needed to operate the service. The licence ends when content is deleted, except for cached copies, legal records, backups, or content that remains necessary to preserve an existing discussion.
Content Rules
Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, plagiarized, infringing, dangerous, malicious, sexually exploitative, hateful, harassing, privacy-invasive, spam, credential-stealing, or malware-related content. Do not publish personal data without permission, manipulate badges or engagement, automate abusive requests, or use the service to mislead readers about qualifications, results, or commercial relationships.
Moderation and Publication
Submission does not guarantee publication. FixWise may review, reject, edit formatting, unpublish, limit distribution, or remove content and accounts to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain quality. Staff actions may be recorded for security and accountability. A badge, title, or publication status is a site feature, not a professional credential or endorsement.
External Links and Third-Party Services
Articles may link to regulators, government portals, manufacturers, carriers, providers, and other third parties for verification. FixWise does not control those sites, their availability, prices, policies, security, or privacy practices. A link is a reference, not an endorsement or guarantee.
Intellectual Property and Reports
FixWise branding, original site design, and site-operated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners. Send copyright, impersonation, privacy, or factual-correction reports to hello@fixwise.online with the affected URL and enough information to evaluate the request.
Availability and Changes
The service may change, experience downtime, or remove a feature. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, a particular ranking position, or continued publication. Keep your own copy of important submissions. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised date.
Disclaimer and Liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. FixWise does not guarantee that every guide is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for every product, contract, jurisdiction, or account. To the extent permitted by law, FixWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Editorial Independence and Commercial Content
