Accessibility at FixWise

A calmer interface should also be usable with different devices, settings, and ways of navigating.

FixWise is designed to make practical information easier to find and act on. We work to keep public guides, account surfaces, and interactive tools usable with keyboard navigation, assistive technology, reduced motion, zoom, and small screens.

How the site is intended to work

  • Headings, landmarks, labels, and link text should describe the page structure and the next action.
  • Interactive controls should be reachable by keyboard and show a visible focus indicator.
  • Important status messages, errors, and loading states should not rely on colour alone.
  • Public articles and tables should remain readable when text is enlarged or the viewport is narrow.
  • Motion-sensitive visitors can use the reduced-motion preference supported by the interface.

Using FixWise with a keyboard or assistive technology

Use the skip link at the start of a page to move to its main content. Navigation menus, dialogs, search controls, checklists, and account forms are intended to expose their names, states, and instructions to browser accessibility tools.

If a guide contains a wide comparison table, its scroll region can be reached and moved independently. The surrounding article should still provide the same decision context in ordinary text.

Report an accessibility barrier

If a page, control, document, or interaction prevents you from completing a task, email hello@fixwise.online with the subject Accessibility feedback.

  1. Tell us the page address and the task you were trying to complete.
  2. Describe the barrier, device or browser, and assistive technology or setting involved if you know it.
  3. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, private account data, or identity documents in the email.

We will review the report, seek enough detail to reproduce it safely, and explain the next step where a fix or workaround is available.

Limitations

Accessibility can vary with browser settings, extensions, operating-system features, third-party content, and changes to assistive technology. This statement describes our current product intent and reporting path; it is not a guarantee that every page or combination of settings is fully accessible.
