When registered-office proof is rejected, fix the exact mismatch instead of uploading more documents at random. Check the address entered in the filing, proof date, owner/occupancy basis, utility bill details, NOC/authorisation where required, and whether every spelling and pin code matches across attachments.
Resolve the rejection systematically
1. Read the resubmission/rejection note literally
Identify whether the problem is age of proof, address mismatch, unreadable scan, ownership/occupancy evidence or missing consent.
2. Freeze the exact address format
Make one canonical version of flat/plot number, building, street, locality, city, state and PIN. Reconcile abbreviations only where accepted.
3. Prove the right to use the premises
Match the filing situation to ownership, lease/rent or permitted use and provide the required supporting consent/NOC where applicable.
4. Replace weak scans
Use complete, readable documents showing issuer, date, address and account/reference information as applicable. Do not crop away context.
5. Refile once with a reconciliation note
Explain what was corrected and preserve the SRN and resubmission evidence.

Do not let a consultant “solve” a mismatch by inventing evidence
Never fabricate an NOC, alter a utility bill or use an address you cannot legitimately support. Ask the consultant to show the filed form, attachments, SRN and MCA resubmission note so you can see exactly what failed.
