Oven reaches preheat, then temperature keeps falling and does not recover

That is not a normal calibration problem. If heat is reached once and then the oven fails to reheat, the cycling/heating/control path needs diagnosis.

Check these first

• Confirm the symptom with actual cooking/temperature observation after full preheat.
• Note whether the heating element/burner visibly cycles later.
• Record any error code and whether re-entering Bake makes heat return.

Fix it in this order

1. Do not calibrate a falling-temperature fault.
2. Check model-safe power/gas and door conditions.
3. Have the heating element/ignition, sensor, relay/control and wiring path diagnosed using the model service information.
