Check these first
- Unload heavy/oversized items.
- With power off, check for obvious foreign objects around the tub/wash plate where safely accessible.
- Note abnormal grinding or a drum that will not turn freely.
Fix it in this order
- Remove the overload/foreign object.
- Unplug for the manufacturer-specified reset period.
- Retry with a normal load.
- If the motor code returns, service the drive/motor/sensor system.
