For K-Iced, Keurig’s guide says the full tracked procedure must finish: enter Descale Mode with the brewer off, run the descaling stage, then keep running the fresh-water rinse until the DESCALE notification turns off.
Check these first
- Confirm it is K-Iced, not K-Iced Plus/Essentials.
- No pod installed.
- Enough fresh water and a large ceramic mug.
Fix it in this order
- Use the K-Iced guide to enter Descale Mode (8 oz + 12 oz held with brewer plugged in and off).
- Run the designated brew size until ADD WATER.
- Refill fresh water and continue the documented rinse until DESCALE turns off.
Evidence to keep
- Model
- Descale Mode entry
- ADD WATER transition
- Rinse completion
Do not make it harder
- Paper cups with hot descaling liquid
- Random reset combos
How you know it is fixed
- DESCALE light turns off and brew volume is normal.
If the obvious fix does not work
- If heavy scale causes little/no output, Keurig says power off/unplug, discard solution, rinse/refill with water and repeat the fresh-water rinse; if needed let it sit unplugged before continuing.
- If the exact sequence completes twice but flow remains partial, contact Keurig.
If this still isn't resolved
