Working capital, machinery, inventory and business expansion require different evidence. Match loan amount to a written use-of-funds plan.
2. Reconcile business identity
Keep PAN, Udyam, GST where applicable, bank and entity records consistent. Name/address mismatches create avoidable friction.
3. Show cash flow, not only turnover claims
Provide bank statements, GST/tax records and financial statements appropriate to your business. Explain seasonal or one-off movements.
4. Document the purchase or working-capital need
Use quotations, invoices, stock cycles, receivables/payables or order evidence that ties the requested amount to business activity.
5. Compare the KFS and security terms
Even without collateral, check personal guarantees, hypothecation, covenants, APR, fees and repayment schedule.
